Hub members involvement in two new journals

The ways in which technology interfaces with law and regulation and the impact of this on being human in the modern world are all questions of importance to the Hub. We are therefore delighted that Hub members are involved in two new journals that will focus on these issues.

Hub director Lyria Bennett Moses and Hub member Fleur Johns recently joined the Editorial Board Committee of the newly launched journal Technology and Regulation (TechReg). This is a new interdisciplinary, open access journal whose purpose is explained in its inaugural editorial by Editor-in-Chief Prof Dr Ronald Leenes, Director of the Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology and Society

Professor Bennett Moses has also joined the Editorial board of Law, Technology and Humans, which aims to be an “inclusive and unique forum for exploration of the broader connections, history and emergent future of law and technology through supporting research that takes seriously the human, and humanity of law and technology.”  This journal is based at QUT under the leadership of Chief Editor Prof Kieran Tranter.
