Submission to Industry re data broker markets

The ACCC Digital Platforms Division invited Associate Professor Katharine Kemp, Deputy Director of the Allens Hub, to make a submission on data broker markets.

The submission concerns data broker services that use information that relates to individuals and does not extend to services that use information that relates only to other matters such as data on businesses, traffic, or weather.
